Be Careful What You Fish For Animation | Inspired by Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows Flipbook
I remember watching Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows and seeing this flipbook Holmes replaced Moriarty’s little red book with. I loved it, and wanting to make a flipbook myself, I decided to create a replica of it. It’s been several months since I drew this up, and from the constant flipping and reflipping and some more flipping, the pages got a bit worn. Instead of making a video of me flipping an old book, I took pics of the pages, cleaned them up, and compiled them to make an awesome stop-motion (more of a flipbook…) animation! Enjoy!
UPDATE: The original animator, Mr Kevin Spruce, has seen the video! “Hi Great that you liked it. I am the animator that actually did that 🙂” He also gave it a rating of 5-Excellent! (Unfortunately that comment would disappear with my old, personal blog.)
